When's Melty on Steam?

What: We'll be playing Melty and Arcana and any anime games over the weekend, and then we'll probably head over to the Game Junkie venue right next to my house for a tournament hosted by them.
Venue Fee for Game Junkie: TBA
How to get here by public transportation:
You can take Megabus down to 30th Street Station Philadelphia
Then you can take the SEPTA Lansdale/Doylestown Train towards Doylestown to get to my stop which is Jenkintown-Wyncote station. From there, my apt is within walking distance, gimme a call and I'll come get you guys :>
You can also take the Warminster Line towards Warminster to get to my stop. If you get lost, call me or ask the lady at the Septa train station info desk.
Train roundtrip fare should be around 11 bucks a head.
EVERYONE bring sleeping bags or a mat or something unless you like sleeping on the floor of my old roommate's room D: And he was very dirty

Registration 5PM, Tournament starts ~5:30
Where: Classic Game Junkie 100 Easton Rd Glenside PA
How Much: $5 venue fee, $5 per game (Melty Blood will being hosted too)
Rules: Double Elim, Winners/Losers/Grand finals - BO5
Winner character lock, no problem with switching arcana.
If you are called to play, and you don't have your stick/controller ready you're fucking disqualified. I don't give a fuck if an orphan asked to use it for five minutes. You're ready to play.

BTW for people taking public transportation, I made a mistake on the train station I'm at.
its Jenkintown-Wyncote not Jenkintown. There are two different jenkintown stations (One is Jenkintown-Wyncote and the other is Jenkintown-Noble) so don't get confused.

Hello, I would love to come play MBAA on Friday the 13th. The only caveat is that I'm super new to the Melty Blood scene and as I've only played once (at the Rutger's Knight Slash tournament this past April 29th) I would need to be 'shown the ropes' quite a bit. If you guys have the time and patience for that I'd be glad to come but I won't if I'll only be in the way haha.
The other thing is that Ehrik mentioned that the tournament is Saturday only. But the quote from Game Junkie says the tourney is 5/15 which is Sunday.

Ok, cool, thanks! Yeah I'm in central jersey. I actually went to the Rutgers tourney for Smash Melee. I had been aware of Melty Blood prior to then but it was my first time seeing gameplay and playing a minimal amount. I'm less used to arcade style controls so we'll see how things go...

Just letting you guys know
I'm giving super priority to people coming far out of state for sleeping space (NY, NE, Texas Tim, etc), so people who live like an hour away might consider just coming saturday for the tournament.
