Rutgers Knight Slash Tournament!! [April 29th]

There will be a tournament for various games being hosted on April 29th at Rutgers, and yes, THE HIDDEN KING TONBERRY [The password for his Hamachi Server has been unlocked!] has promised to make an appearance.

The games are as follows:

Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (Xbox 360 (pending to PS3))
Super Smash Bros: Melee (Gamecube / Wii)
Melty Blood: Actress Again (PS2)
Super Street Fighter 4 (PS3)
FIFA 11 (360)
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2v2 (Xbox 360)

Overall venue fee is:

 $10 Dollars
($5 Dollars if you are bring a setup (ie, TV + console)

Since this is a charity event, the prizes are still being worked out, however there will definitely be prizes rewarded to tournament winners. This event will be able to house a good number of players, so I want to see at least NJ make a decent showing to this. Post if you're coming or not below

I set up a pre-reg form which just asks a few questions about games you'll entering and whatnot. It'll just make the rest of the staff's lives a bit easier during the last few days of organizing.

But seriously Roku, what you do for charity events is have separate game entry fees and venue fees.  All the venue goes to charity, and the money for game entry goes to tournament winners.  Make it 5$ Venue/5$ Game.  If there aren't enough entrants for a game make it a money match between or round robin between the contenders.

Can't do that.  If you have a tournament at Rutgers run like a normal tournament(i.e. players pay into the pot, x# of top placers take some % of the pot) you need to pay RU Police some ridiculous amount of money per hour to be there.  Prizes will probably be gift cards.

Tonberry- First round, lol. Good games, what can I say, at least I held my own again the Hidden King. Also, nice matches back at the apartment.
Tsnowflake- Second round Ciel mirrors, weee. Still gotta get used to clashes, command grabs, and your surprisingly good jC.
Rokunaya- Good stuff as usual, didn't face you in tourney, but you did well against Tonberry in the finals. And yes, we were excited even though the bunch of us kept switching between Melty and Super finals, lol
aaaa- Didn't face you in tourney either, but I kinda wish I did, considering how I was doing better against you then in my actual tourney matches, lol

Also, shoutouts to that random Melee player who I started teaching Melty to... although the fact that he wanted to play F-Kohaku makes me cry inside
