I'll obviously be there. Ceasar's Palace is a good casino, but I've never been to the hotel. It should be pretty nice though.
As usual, I'll be opening up my home for free housing during the event. I can hold a good amount of people, but I can only transport 4 other people to-and-from the event in a single trip. I would like to avoid having to take multiple trips, so unless I have someone staying here that is driving up, no more than 4 people can stay at my place. Spooky already has dibs on one spot.
Pros of staying in the Lolihouse:
-Free housing
-Cheap food
-Free internet
-Hanging out with me
Cons:
-Not being in house at the event (15 minute drive away)
-I live with my brother (cool) and mother (not cool), but this shouldn't be an issue
-My car doesn't have air conditioning (I'll prolly get this fixed before summer hits next year though)

If anyone had a problem with the brackets at NEC, this is the first I heard of it.
(Also, as an aside: lay off the excessive use of bold. It makes all of your posts look glitched.)
Want an example? Here's one that I couldn't understand why people would do brackets in the first place. First day @ NEC, 3s teams was under way- about an hour passed and right in the middle of the tournament, the organizer called up 2 teams. Ironic part was, due to bad organizing and bracketeering, one team from the winners had to play one team from the losers brackets without an explanation. One of the members of the winner's teams asked me if it's possible for an organizer to do that. I explained to him that there's no way how unless you get bumped TO the losers to play IN the losers bracket. Until then, I was convinced that whoever made those brackets had either a gut feeling they did something wrong, but didn't want to fix it to prevent other bumps along the way. And, there were bumps, to put it short. The result? Justin's team loses in the finals vs. Team Virginia via OVC and people were cheering for joy. How fast did they do it? IN FIVE HOURS FLAT. It took too long to set up everything, and the same organizers didn't have the time to even finish up best 8 for 3S singles until Sunday afternoon.

It goes without saying that not EVERY SINGLE PERSON who plays the game and votes will be showing up to the event. That would be silly and unrealistic.

Otherwise I'll just tell when it is, where it is, the earnest airports and that we are VERY interested in see some top JP players here and we might be interesting in donating for the drip over here.The ONLY airport is LAS - McCarran International Airport. It's 5 minutes from the strip and there are shuttles that go to and from, so no problem figuring your way around from there.

As a reference for coordinating departure time, Spooky is leaving on Monday afternoon at 1.30pm.

Additionally, I found out that I could potentially rent out a HUGE van for the weekend, but I hear the price for that sort of thing gets pretty outrageous, so I would have to ask for more money from everyone to help cover that (and I'm reluctant to ask for more money unless absolutely necessary). Also, one or two of the other locals may be able to help give rides back and forth to the venue (not confirmed yet), which wouldn't necessitate any extra funds. Before I consider either of these options, how many others would be interested in rooming at my place? I only know of Soniti and Mizuki that were interested. I wouldn't really be able to fit many others in my place comfortably, but it doesn't hurt to just take a tab on things. I'd like to do whatever I can for my meltybros, after all.

Also I will do Art of Fighting 3 drinking matches. Every time a person gets knocked down they must take a shot. Limit to this game is once per night, so I will only do this 3 times over the span of evo. This is not for the weak.
The question then being, does the match stop for the shot, or does it continue? (i.e. if they don't take the shot before they recover from the knockdown can they get knocked down again?)
