I dont know if this is going to affect anyone coming to this event, but I'll still let you guys know whats up:

The owner says that he wants all the machines on Event mode during this tournament, or else it isn't going to happens. What this means is, even if you win, you'll have to put 50 cents in to play the next match.

At this point I'm thinking of switching tourneys to single elim, or having double elim 1 match per bracket.

This doesn't affect GGAC in any way

Hyperhal: Actually, you can just make the loser put in the next 50 cents in stead.

Event mode makes it so that two players can play for the price of one game, for one match. If anything, just make each player pay 25 cents per game, every game.

That probably the best thing to do if all the tourneys that day are going to be like that.

So unless this gets fixed before the tourney, then I'll see you @ UP in May/June.

We should all come down and play anyway though.

EDIT: Really, we should format the tourney around this shit. BUT, no 1 dollar per match that's just bullshit.
