We have reserved 100 rooms for the FR14 event.  Needless to say I have to sell all of these rooms or the price of the ballroomn goes up. :sad:  Of course this is a bigger ballroom than previous years and i'm trying to make FR14 bigger and better but I need everyone to make sure if they get a room at the hotel to make sure they reserve the room on the following page:

Click on the green link to goto the official hilton Final Round 14 reservation page to get the FR14 rate.  The FR14 rate ($89.00) will end 2 weeks before the event.  It's usually like 95-100 per night during late winter/early spring season from what the hotel sales person told me.  Right now there are only 6 rooms sold up to this past weekend. :sad:  Of course we are along way from our goal, but hopefully people will start to pick up rooms the closer the event gets.  We have a huge announcement coming in a few days!!!!!!!!  Time to start filling the HYPE METER!  I can't wait to see everyone again and hopefully meet some new peeps at FR14

There's only 59 days until fr14!!!  Make sure you take advantage of the $10 discount off the door fee by signing up on line.  If you can't make it on friday I advise you to sign up online.  There will be limited time to sign up at the door on friday march 11 2011, but that will only last until 12 noon at the most and it will be $40 at the door.  There will be NO MORE AT THE DOOR sign up's/pre-reg after Friday March 11, 2011 at noon.

HYPE!!!!!!   MAN I can't wait for this years event!  ARE you going to get your revenge on doren LK?  I can taste the hype building!  There are only 51 days until FR14 and only 41 days until the online prepay $10 door discount for entry badges will end.  Please take advantage of this deal before it's too late.  You must register on the site to register for the event.  Just goto to register onsite:

If you plan to bring a Full set up for a free Badge you need to register on site and fill out the set up list.  We need to keep track of who's and what equipment people are going to bring to FR14. Full Set Up = none laggy TV+game+system!  This is another way people could save on there trip to FR14 plus be a helping part of the success of FR14 with your set up donations.

Also, if you live in the state of GA or somewhere nearby & are looking for people to play, don't be afraid to PM me, we just had a last minute gathering at my house which turned out to be incredibly fun for a short notice thing. I want everyone in the state in on this so don't be afraid people.

Already registered this Thursday & am bringing my setup I usually have. Also, if there's going to be a team event which I know we all want to happen, it has to be done on Friday, so everyone try to make it out that day so we can play as much as possible. To everyone that hasn't pre-reg online payment yet there is only 39 days until FR14 and only 28 days until the online $10 badge/entry fee discount is over and only 15 days until the Final Round hotel room rate of $89.00 will be over also.  As of right now we have 22 rooms sold at the moment and every room that's not sold I get back charged on the ballroom fee's.  If you have a chance to get your room please do it asap. 

Like always FR must pay for itself because I don't have any major cash sponsors for Final Round.  This is all out of my pocket for the love of the community, so if we don't make it to 100 rooms by Feb 14 I get screwed royally.  Right now you can pay for your entry badge for $30 instead of the $40 door fee.

I talked to the event manager at the hotel and she informed me that you can make a reservation for the Final Round 14 group room without paying for it right now.  They would need a name and credit card to put on file, but they will not take any money out until you check in the hotel at the event.

This is great news for those that won't have the money until closer to the event date.  If you have the chance to pay for your room now, then by all means do so.  But if you can't at the moment pay for the room atleast make a reservation if you know you are coming, but are low on cash right now.
