When's Melty on Steam?

Who:
DKZlive. A relatively new streaming group of fighting game players from the Newark area: the505, TonyShiki and Sophomore. Some of you may remember us joining the scene 2 years ago. (or have met me at a Big E event, I'm the bad v.Akiha player  :nyoro:) We have two setups and are capable of streaming in HD. You can check us out at twitch.tv/dkzlive

What:
A monthly gathering for Melty. If there is enough interest we can do side games. (GG, AH3, VSAV, anything really. Iamp maybe?  :psyduck:) We are looking for at least 10 people if we want to get a nice venue.

Where:
Looking for one in Central NJ. Maybe 8 on the break if we can get 10 people. Open to ideas. What would be the farthest you guys would be willing to come?

When:
Monthly. Most likely the first Friday/Saturday of the month as long as it doesn't conflict with other monthly's (TSB, ect) or Majors.

Why:
With Shinobi's BBG coming up and Melty getting a shot in the arm from CCCaster, I personally feel like now is the best shot for one last attempt at getting a Offline melty scene going in NJ again. I know melty's scene in the past has had a hard time coming out to these kind of events but we want to work with you guys to try to make this happen. Meltys an awesome game and its a shame there's really no gatherings anymore like when I first joined.

Middlesex County? Sounds as close to middle NJ as you're going to get.

I'm in the Lawrenceville/Trenton area and I have a another player that I could probably bring as well.

I'd be down for this depends on how busy I am when ya'll start running it.

I will likely go if available and I have transportation.  I haven't seen you guys in forever.  We need to do something about that.

If you guys did this, I'd definitely go. I'm pretty new to Melty, but I'd really love to try the offline scene!
