This unfortunately applies to me as well. I would like to go, but I just won't be able to get any time off from work and flying in saturday morning just to fly out sunday night is not worth the money spent. =\ I'll be at AM6 and EVO though, so I look forward to seeing more people then.

Anyone that brings a whole set up(tv+system/game) gets the badge for free. That can help out on the cost of attending fr13. I'm only accepting up to 5-6 set ups for mbaa. you need to post on www.finalround.org on the set up list so you can be counted for equipment badge.

Chances of Art tripping on weed not going is probably 99%, if he can't make it to NEC, I doubt he can make it somewhere even farther that doesn't involve sitting in a plan for 6 hours.
