Two years ago at FRXI, I remember when we had Melty on the big screen. I remember how Capcomfags were all "look at these guys, trying to hard to get their game accepted" "yeah, too bad it sucks". Hopefully ignorance won't be as widespread and we'll see some really good matches, commentary, and hype crowds!

As of now, we're still waiting on a response from an awesome someone that will remain nameless unless they don't mind being publicly thanked (would hate to blow up their inbox with little $2 tournaments trying to get Korean players over :lol: ). However, this is something that is very important and pertains to the situation:
People have been asking me how they can help with getting international players over, and we've brought up donations. However, even more important than the donations, we need players to pre-register using the super excellent Final Round website Kyah has made for us. In fact, you can click here (http://www.finalround.org/FRXIII/registration.cfm) to go directly to the page with the steps and directions. It takes all of 2 minutes out of your day to do this, and by pre-registering and pre-paying, not only are you making the life of the staff much easier, you're making Larry's much easier. These are hard times, and Larry has always fronted stuff out of his pocket. He can't take his wife on vacation because he instead runs Final Round for the community. It's time to help him out.
Go to the website. The link is right there. If you're not capable of clicking it and pre-registering, I don't know what else to tell you. That money that's coming in through pre-registration, the door fees explicitly, are going towards paying for all of this so that Larry can use his money to keep a roof over his family's head while also putting it into the tournament for the community that he's taken care of all these years.
Pre-registering now not only prevents you from having to wait in a monstrous line that takes a long time, but it also saves you money. Another thing is to call and book your hotel room. Make sure to mention that you are coming for Final Round. The rooms that don't sell still have to be paid for. You guys are getting a $79/night deal for 2 queen sized beds. That ain't half bad. You can call them @ (770) 455-3700.
In this post alone, you have the number to contact to reserve your room (and you will not be charged for it until you get there) as well as the direct link to take the steps to be able to pre-register. These two things must come before anybody thinks of attempting to donate. Even if you live in ATL and know Larry, we need you to come through on this. Pay your door fee now at a discounted price and just have your name on a hotel ready and waiting if you're going to need to stay at the hotel.

Final Round is so close GET FUCKING HYPE!!! Still no money matches though..... For real niggaz scared?Slice Cinnabon rolls in half horizontally. Place them, cut side up, on a plate and allow to dry for 20-30 minutes. Combine eggs, half-and-half, vanilla, sugar, and Makara Cinnamon. Whisk together until all ingredients are well blended. I haven't heard of anyone coming down on Saturday night for Sunday, but you have a point. I was against Saturday at one time because of SF4 raping the main ballroom and us having no place solid to play. Also, it seems teams/singles on the same day works out for Melty tournies these days anyway. We just need time IMMEDIATELY after singles and have signups for teams while singles is running.
Definitely coming for sure now, but still need a room from Sat-Sun/Mon (for two peeps).
If it comes down to it, I'll get a room myself, but then I'll need a few more people to share the room with. (Thats where you guys come in D:)
