Singles should be 2/3 games, 2/3 rounds.
Teams should be SBO style, NO 2/3 LOSER'S, WINNER'S, GRAND FINALS. Seriously. That shit too way too long and isn't SBO style anyways. :\

I didn't pick it up myself, but I remember seeing it attached the one of the tourney computers at the end. Tom may have picked it up.

Can't. These tournaments are few and far between, and it's more motivation for you guys to practice up. Majors are exemplary of top-level play, so the higher pot has to be there for the best players to take it seriously, myself included.

$10 entry fee is a good idea. Big prize pot is the best way to get people to come out from out of state.

Does the $13 cover both tournies? As in GG and MB for team? Of is it $13 for gg and another $13 for MB? Also, if I don't wanna enter the GG tourny, is the fee gonna be only $8 ($3 cover+ 1/2 of remaining $10)?

I foresee this weekend costing me upwards of 26$ for both days tournies plus food....I guess lodging in a motel is out of the question...unless I can mooch off of someone ^^
