Hey, no fucking around guys. This MB @ Evo shit is sirrs bidness (serious business). I expect to see 30+ entries for this and I would be really happy to find out that the event turned out smoothly w/o standard b.s. Let's show these capcom/namco/other fanboys how MBUS runs shit!!
I'm crossing my fingers for the mods at the event getting ALL the matches recorded (via replay feature) cus I intend to sit through ALL of them to see what potential lies elsewhere in the US.

Yeah unless we have a camera recording EVERY SINGLE MATCH at all times, it's gonna be a lot easier just remembering to save the replay after each match. I just got a new camcorder last week that I will be bringing with me to Evo to record interviews, sights, and hopefully a decent amount of matches as well. The replay feature in MB just makes things a lot more convienient imo.

Anyways, I honestly don't know if I'll be able to enter. I'm already running brackets, and babysitting people, if I don't have to babysit certain people, and you guys give me an easy time running brackets, I might enter. So don't fuck up you fucking assholes <3 no homo.

Before you guys, Vet said I could, and then my job was transfered to Arly, and Arly told me I am still.

I think part of the deal was that Vet was somewhat uncomfortable if you were gonna run brackets, but Mizuki's a good neutral party. But I mean, in reality, I'm gonna need all the help I can get. If it's not running brackets, it'll be calling next matches and making sure we don't get stuff jacked.

Koogy-chan and JC tried to get into it, but after Evo we all kind of stopped playing. I love MB... mainly because I'm a sucker for anything Type-Moon, but I have no one to play with in the Sacramento area (until now it seems).

Check the thread to find out how to get free entry(or even cash!) for donating equipment. First come first serve, limited supply.
Signups for PC version are on friday so I can make the brackets overnight and have them ready. Signups will be taken on saturday but you won't be separated by region then.

Zaelar, it doesn't take that long to separate by region, even on the fly, unless you're pushing +64 people. The only point where it'd be impractical not to seed by region would be after the brackets were already created (i.e.: the tournament already started). Allow seeding for same-day entries.

Last minute entrees aren't -guaranteed- to be separated would be better wording. I just don't want people who enter last minute to complain that they play their gardener in the second round. The brackets will be made the night before, but there will be enough room left for extra entrees so it shouldn't be a big problem.
