Yeah, I do have some issue about pronunciations for some reason. Sorry about that.

I really doubt you can avoid Waldo's resets. As Burst said, his arms are HUGE.
I haven't seen any usage of Hyde's 22A. Any videos with that, or his 5AB 6B 214A 214A 214A 623C?

Also, there's a note on the jbbs too about his 236A followup.

ugh I could really really REALLY do without the 'COUNTER' 'COUNTER' vocal sample. It's annoying enough as is in BB.

Something to do with the explosion property of his projectiles, probably. Need someone else to translate.

I quite appreciate it actually. It makes reacting to air counterhits easier because the sound makes you more aware of it.

If I'm reading it correctly the A version is held and the B version auto detonates.

Well, that doesn't make much sense. Detonating it is just doing 236A or 236B when a fireball is already out.

Maybe 236B has a larger detonation?

He's saying B version is instant, while A version is negative edged; it detonates when you release the button

I'll accept this even though it makes absolutely no sense.

So no Hyde 22A yet, eh?

It's sort of like C-Aoko's 421 orbs. The b version is as if you didn't hold the button and the a version is as if you did.

It detonates on the second 236A/B input though, so it's more like FAoko's 421 orbs.

In that case here's what I think happens:

The initial 236 sends the projectile forward, the second input either pops it or holds it in place until you release and then pops it.

If I'm reading this correctly, then holding the second 236A would stop the fireball's forward momentum until you release it? That'd be pretty nice for oki purposes if that's true.

First off, here is hoping this is the new normal for FB on this game.... Second off, dear good that BGM for Gordeau's showcase is amazing. I wonder whom is doing the composition for the game. Third, anyone else liking Orie's poke happy style... I wonder what else she is capable of. Carmine gameplay seems odd but reminds me of Zato-1one for some reason. I get the odd feeling from the way that Gordeau plays that he will be alot like Ceil, and seems solid in the same manner.... that is not going to fun to go up against.

Going on that note about Hyde being able to detonate his fireballs, you can see it pretty clearly here.

That match has already been posted, mind, but I felt this was worth pointing out

I have to wonder if the animation where he goes through an animation to make the fireball explode is releasing BE236A, 236B, or both. Also looks like he can activate the explosion even when the fireball is going through its auto-explosion from touching the opponent.

I don't care if it's webcams as long as I get to see live footage of the other half of the cast.

Site update for Vatista's wallpaper and Q&A. I'm guessing that we'll be back to infoless update normalcy until the next loketest.

Linne's pet dragon is called Kuu-chan.

Seems like they're quite strictly updating every week. Let's see what's up next Friday.

When is the next loketest?

They have yet to say, but it's probably safe to bet within a couple weeks. I somehow doubt that they want to use up the rest of their character wallpaper filler and possible final character reveal in one shot.

Happy Birthday, Linne!
