I'm already signed in my Google + account but the document is "view-only", what's wrong?

There is nothing wrong, you enter your information in the entry form, and you can view everyone's information via the spreadsheet.
Making the spreadsheet editable would mean that people could potentially edit other peoples information, and that's not cool. Everything is working exactly as intended.

Hey, Tigre! I wanted to get in touch with you and possibly revive and revise this google doc. With the recent posting of GG, BB and Persona google docs, I thought that UNiEL deserves the exact same love. I wanted to use your document as it already exists and making another one would then be trivial. I was wondering if we could make this database similar to those ones as to help people find their offline scene and still get online matches.
