Jump Install/cancel?

So I can't find a thread explaining it or any post giving a hint..
If we take a basic Arcueid combo:

5B > 2B > 2C > 3B > j.A > j.B > j.C > j.A > j.B > j.C > Air throw

Right here happens something, and I can't figure out how to do it. after jumping up, and pressing a command, I can't jump anymore. I can do things like Jump Install in the guilty gear series, which would accomplish this, but how does it work in melty?

Maybe you're just confused? j. doesn't necessarily mean Jump then jump over and over again. In this context it just means "aerial attack" after the initial j.a

You can only jump twice during air combos.

So it would be something like this if you just want to know specifically when to jump: 5b > 2b > 2c > 3b > JUMP > Aerial A B C > SECOND JUMP > Aerial A B C > air throw

Yeah, I'm just confused. 
It sorta worked for me now, just gotta train. Thanks =)
