In most Melty Blood combo videos that I see on YouTube, I noticed that there was a clever technique which included Parrying and then instantly countering with a Special Drive.

Can anyone tell me what this is and possibly explain it?

If he is talking about Last Arcs, at least tell him how to do them!

When you're in Blood Heat (Activate Heat while in MAX mode) and EX shield on the ground or in the air (Character dependent) you'll pull one of those off.
