double jumping turns you around, so he dashes in and jumps over and then double jumps to turn him around and then immediately airdashes to stop his vertical momentum and start horizontal momentum, and then throws j.C (you can charge it to fake it so you can land and grab immediately) to stop his horizontal momentum, making him fall much faster and throw a little mixup into there. it's very strong because it puts you in the corner with them close enough to be grabbed to eat 5k damage along with crossing up. the only not-so-great thing about this technique is that the crossup is really obvious and unlike satsuki, who also uses this technique, he doesn't have a j.C that can hit from the wrong direction or easily cross up.
this kouma has the technique refined to an amazing level more than a lot of us have seen so it makes us go WTF at first, lol
