Alright some results i found. Sorry if i couldnt get to alot of people. I shoulda precompiled the list so that i had everything more organized. Mostly i looked for the big list on a page i preloaded (1st page). I should be able to go at least one more time for more testing. Some may be repeats of what was tested/already seen. I wasnt really able to check on what was already tested anyways and i said hell maybe one more confirmation isnt bad anyways
Anything that had to do with clashing was a bit harder to do. Yes i know just spam it but the computer was often very very uncooperative.

4) does 236B otg hit and if yes, does it re-launch (new CC mechanic)
5) does B cmd throw (63214B) connect on downed opponent i.e. otg grab (**use 2c>63214B for simple test)
6) does B cmd throw have clash frame (use opponent 2A to test for clash property)
8) how many blocked ticks is J214C (resulting from the "black wave". **In console it is 2 blocked ticks)
9) does an opponent defending against J214C have the ability to jump (or reversal) after guarding the first "black wave" of the attack
10) does TIP HIT 5C>214A combo (please use no prior hits, JUST 5C TIP HIT)
11) is double jump allowed after a WHIFFED JUMP 22A or JUMP 22B (try mashing 8 or holding 8 after the command)
I dont think 236b otgs (tried many times didnt want to work)
B cmd throw doesnt work as otg. It doesnt have any clash frames either (kept getting poked out at least)
The black wave has 2. As for whether they can jump out or reversal in between it's a bit hard as the computer didnt try anything funny. It looks as if there is time though. I would refer to console version.
5c->214A seems to work anywhere

Sorry fox, wasnt able to test much with your character. Your requests actually seemed weird as nothing was working and i died like 2-3 times against comps.

Is the 1st hit of 4B cancellable by normals or still just EX's?
Does 22C disappear if Kohaku is hit?
Does 214C have grab invul?
Can you OTG relaunch off of a 236A knockdown? (By 3C, for example)
Does 2B still have a clash frame on the top-right?
the 1st hit of 4b can only be special cancelble (no normals)
22c does disappear if koha is hit

Cant otg relaunch off of 3c. 236c gives you a wallbounce that you might be able to do something with though.
cwlen can combo off her airthrow btw. She had a little glow when she did get the grab in the air
