BTW the official release date for MBAA is sept 19th as a CLUB SEGA exclusive. Then 1 week later for all other arcades.

i finally figured out the reasoning behind the auto-spark in half-moon, and why its called noob mode.

So enlighten the rest of us, please? 'Cause aside of making you waste your Circuit and potentially getting you out of a combo, I don't really see any reason for it to exist.

i'm figuring that then you fill it, it goes into auto-heat, and you get your life back VERY QUICKLY. (see the video) it completely bypasses being punished for people heating at the wrong time. very noob and turtle friendly

the main thing is- simply fill the circuit, get life back FOR FREE.

the only way out is simply to score a hit on him, which yes, is also a Get-out-of-combo-free card. Win-Win situation for the Half Moon player at the cost of not having your magic circult strictly for offensive purposes. In Half Moon, you get auto-defense out of it too.

Wrong. H doesn't start with a full bar, it's caused by the debug mode being on.

Why? just because its a bit easier? Oh hey guys Half Moon is noob mode so its not gonna be viable but its gonna have a different move set and combos that people might like. The person isn't always going to be in Heat, and just hitting them once wastes their meter. and Auto Shield counters? LoL 5d5a.

Naturally, all these styles have their pros and cons. It's up to the player's preference to decide which to use and if he ends up using H-Moon and beats you to a pulp while you're using other styles you're noone to say that H-Moon is noob. We'll decide if it's truly shit when we're actually able to play it.

Unless there just happens to be a particular character/style that's overpowered. I love the concept as long as we don't end up with the 4-character tournaments of MvC2 and 3S.
