I need help

Recently I moved to the UK, and currently I'm staying in a student accommodations flat. Each room is provided with U-want internet which I think sucks but I have no choice but to use it since its the only one available.

I tried connecting to other people using caster after getting their IP on IRC and I get the old TIME OUT message. I tried hosting and the same thing appears at the other end. Even using a relay like mizuumi.net doesn't work for me.

I have no access to router settings or whatever so I cant portforward at all. Besides that, I can't even get past the Synchronizing... stage of Hamachi. It goes like connected > Logging in > probing > synchronizing ... and gets stuck there.

Argh, I want to play some MBAC! Please, can anyone help me with this?

And please don't talk about moving out or getting another ISP. My contract doesn't allow me to do so.

Port forwarding isn't the problem here, the UDP ports in question are simply being completely and totally blocked.

Unless you have a firewall on your computer getting in the way, you're pretty much fucked.

So the ports are totally blocked. Zzz.
