Whenever I end my air BnB with air throw, the opponent with always tech back.  That's fine with me since it resets the keep away game, but I'd still like to punish it somehow if I can.  If I air throw when I'm near a corner, it seems that I'm able to use 623B to punish a back tech.  Anyone have anything to add to this?

Thanks a ton for the guide.  Got it working super smooth on my laptop.  Is there any reason I shouldn't use Emu'd MBAA for serious casual (oxymoron!) play?  Having mobile Melty is too good.

Can you post the specs for your laptop?  I'm getting a new one in the next few months, and mobile Melty will be a factor in what sort of laptop I get : p

If I want to send someone my save file so they don't have to unlock characters, what file should I send?  I see my "memcards" folder, but my pal already has a pcsx2 emulator and I don't want my mcd001.ps2 file to overwrite his when it may overwrite existing files on his.  Is there a program I should download that lets me manage save files or something?

Runs great!  The scan lines on the health bars/portrait and meters are slightly annoying, but I can live with it.

I'm just playing around.  Q-chu quit MB.

hmm.  I put most of my time in TF2 and Persona 3.  and a new part-time job at 2wire... so AT&T home networking phone stuff.  and I'm going back to school this fall, so yep!

I'm not being hostile.  It's like Zaelar said - the MB community isn't big enough.  There's no point to this thread, everyone already knows who's best with what characters before this thread existed

Believe it or not, I've been playing a tiny bit of MB on netplay.  I've bumped into random players in Hungary from myanimelist.net that play.  I'm a notch better than them, so it's refreshing to win.  Which is why I'm playing a little bit.

If I show up this week, don't expect me to be fully evolved - just expect that I haven't regressed.  I think.

oh man, Dan's going to WT?  makes me wanna go just to chill with him.

I think I lose to more to len than aoko because I still don't know how/when to get out of her blockstrings.  for aoko, I just watch for the overheads.  ted is obvious with jump-ins which makes for easy ex-shield.  but Len's got that j.2C which I believe beats ex-shield , unless I'm retarded and didn't know I can do something to beat that.

and even then, I still can't land my standing ex-shield CH combo.  so while I can insult Ted for being predictable, I'm a worse player for not being able to close a gap in my play that Ted is exploiting.  and all I have to do is practice.  but I'm lazy, so that's about it.  I have no shame admitting that Ted is a better player.

I won't be there this friday.  aftercon pool party... and work.  I can always stop by on saturday/sunday/monday, but it's pretty dead on those days.  but as long as Sam's there, then cool - gotta get that brawl training down : /

There is a possibility that I will be quitting GoDaddy in the near future. Not for spiteful reasons (for once), but I'm our of debt and I've bought most all of the cool junk that I want, so why work so hard? I need time to work on Melty (somewhat), I want to start drawing and composing music again, go back to school, etc. I'm ready to start living -my- life again. Don't anyone be surprised if I quit, basically

Just remember to work out the full two weeks : p  You'll never know what may happen and it's good to always keep GoDaddy there as a backup.

Man, makes me wanna quit GoDaddy and go back to school.  I'm almost out of debt as well.  Although there's a few more stuff I'd like to buy for myself - like a better car.
