Roa C-Moon Lightning Meter

22A charges if held
22B charges 3 instantly
22C discharges lightning
lightning lvls
1:quick hit. knock back.
2-5:knock down
6:circuit break
7-9:hits anywhere on screen
10:instant attack when 10. decent damage, massive damage if fully charged with 22A
charge meter to lvl.6 and set up for air combo. instead of j.bc after set up, set off lightning for circuit break. works everywhere on screen 

edit: lvl 7-10 discharge will automatically discharge any 214 attacks on screen

from the looks of those last 2 videos, the freezing bug is brought by 3 charged black key attacks in a row after the loops. 1st video being a 2:22 against Aoko and the 2nd being at 4:55 against Akiha.

Hello, I'm Akuyume and i've been playing MB for about a year now. I'm from Northern AZ, so the MB scene consists of 3 people including me. I can play decently with half the characters but VAkiha and Satsuki seem to be my mains. I've been lurking the site for quite a while and finally decided to register. So nice to meet everyone.
