Not quite true. It is possible to use a blockstring like that, but you can also throw in mixups, delay your moves in order to bait counterpokes or jump-outs, or dash back in to basically restart your blockstring (which is usually done after a move with frame advantage).

In MB, neither one of the Shikis has a move featuring onscreen kanji. You must have been using a custom MUGEN mod.

Greetings. I've been lurking for a while, but I finally decided to stop lurking and post the toast!
So, I'm Wurf. I got into MB after playing Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya, and I've been playing for a while on and off, but I've never gotten serious, and as a result I'm still a fairly bad player. I play a lot of characters, but I consider Kouma my main.
