Red Arcueid / Warc's Arc Drive

Okay, me and my friend want to know if there is any situation that Red Arcueid's Arc Drive is actually useful.  Me and my friend can't find a good place to ever use it, I say it is a waste of Blood Heat, my friend is adamant that it MUST be usable at some point.  Neither of us are particularly good with WArc (I play Ciel and he plays V Akiha and V Sion).  This has been a topic of debate between us and I would like someone good with her to shed some light on the subject.

So to put it short, is Red Arcueid's Arc Drive ever useful in any situation?  If it is useful, is it better than going into Heat and gaining health or doing normal Supers?

Anyone know if there is a way to get the arcade version of this game?  I know someone that got Blazblue from www.coinopexpress.com, but they don't have Actress Again available.  How would an US arcade get it?  I haven't found any place other than coinopexpress to buy arcade boards/machines.  If anyone could help me with this, I would appreciate it.

VSion = Vampire Sion
Warc = Warucueid

Check the Melty Blood manga for the answer for Warc.  Wallachia (or Warakia) takes the form of Arcueid to fight Shiki and Sion.  That form is Red Arcueid so Warucueid is the more appropriate name for her rather than Red Arcueid (hence the abbreviation)

Ciel / EX canceling

I'm new to MB:AC and Ciel and I was wondering, how do you EX cancel?  I have seen a video with it, people talk about it, but I cannot find how to do it anywhere.  I also have been unable to figure it out myself.  Can someone help me please?

I was wondering if anyone knew about arcades in the US that have MB:AA?  I managed to find this http://www.arcadeufo.com/blog/?page_id=84, but I was wondering if there were any more.  I really want to play this game.  If anyone could help that would be awesome, thanks.
