The old Aoko in mbaa gains 180% meter in 1 full combo, has triple air jump, spammable power waves, unblockable beam set up that's quite hard to avoid, and not to mention the old system regen was insane. You also get nearly all her skill set with air dodge and parry. Not to mention the pretty sick damage from the full combos, charged 5C + 4C makes it untechable. A total and complete pity after the patch. I know. :x

It's like Aoko has reached closer to React boss status during that period. I remember that 236 beam (not charged) did like 4k sick damage on Wara.

Speaking of nanaya, Fuusui's F Nanaya is another beast. He defeated Fujinami (Solid Hvsion) 3-0. As for the recent fights, Fuusui is probably playing conservative in tourneys. It's a bit of a pity to see so little aoko players in jp, way too hard imo. Too much practice needed but little pay off from the combos.

solid aoko...even though his opponents did retarded shit at times lol. A somewhat passive-aggressive approach using lots of super jumping and super double-jumping to move around and get in when covered by orb placement (he basically 'rushed down' with super jumps).

Vs sacchin I expected him to use more wheelkicks to thwart off super jumping over orbs. It's funny that as soon as I though of it while watching the match, the sacchin stopped trying to sj over orbs (even though he didn't wheelkick once).

Also, wtf at the finisher in the last match. Was that on reaction or some random ass fluke lolol.

Isn't fuusui (ちーすい) one of the best aoko players? Even your first post has his vids. Anything he does is automatic art.
