I don't know about lasting the longest but first priority targets are usually...

1) Initiators before they use their initiation (plague, behemoth, etc)
2) Squishy disablers
3) Healers?

Something like that.

The flaw with "tanking" is that no one's going to bother with you if you don't dish out enough damage to bother being focused on.
Mock of brilliance fixes that but it takes a lot to farm. (also good initiation)

Yay more gankers \o/

If a sentence just
has seventeen syllables,
is it a haiku?

Actually for pickup and play, it's 5b (H/C), 4c, ja, jb, and projectile. jC only used in combos and "pick up and play" people usually get three in max. The jC is just the most memorable because being hit by it 6~ times in one combo just sticks to your head.

Good players like nero because he's tall and fat and gets hit by everything.
Warachia's tall and fat as well, and has lower defence to boot.
That's why most people usually don't complain about him. The laughing is apparently a psychological attack  :psyduck:

Besides the fact that he's the most fun character to play to mess with scrubs.
He's also one of the more difficult characters to play against when a person first starts out.

That mentality stays with people.

Personally, I find Nero one of the more fun matchups.

It seems more like spacing issues. Personally I don't find anything wrong with Cwara IAD.
1 hit of j.b can be hitconfirmed off of. Only place I might see an issue is if you hit it at the tip of his j.b making it out of reach of your 2a and too little hitlag to link into 5b or 2b.

30~ characters is perfect. Melty has more like 75~ with all the moons and whatnot.
It's amazing they can keep it so balanced despite the fact.

Making the "joke" characters even more legit would be awesome.
I would secondary Neco-Arc.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
That keyboard pad made me happy (though I should buy an expensive stick and get better with it because stick is just...  :blah:, I'm still most comfortable with keyboard atm).

Though it'd be interesting, I'd rather MBAA:FT not just have more different variations of the same characters if they add any.
Well, if they can manage to balance everything, as many new chars as possible would be nice.

I doubt's they're going to take out Ryougi's LA rather than fix it...

Keyboard Paaaad /want  :fap: :fap: :fap:

For those willing to give it a chance, I appreciate it.

For everyone else, sorry you don't like it.

Haha, sorry. It might not be that we don't like it. Just the idea of it.
Probably had a lot of bad experiences with fandubs (since no one looks for good decent ones)
I know you guys probably put a lot of hard work and revisions into it. /no1

Hey guys, this is my favourite fandub: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KYKd4NQQHo

Reminds me of "THE MOST SUPER KAWAII-EST LUCKY STAR FANDUB EVER" video.
Though imo, your link is more bearable since I can pass it off as just a bunch of noise.

« on: October 21, 2009, 04:54:08 AM »
Dust of Osiris and G-Akiha are both boss characters... but unlike the Eclipse moons, I don't think they are playable. There was a patch in MBAC that let you play with G666 iirc. You could also try MUGEN if you're desperate  :emo:

I would say to try getting ahold of Munsu or Veteru (two WA melty scene guys), but Vet can only be found on DFO* and I'm not sure if Munsu even comes on the forums anymore.  =\

Fixed that for you.

I hope you're not talking about Dungeon Fighter Online...
Btw, irc channel is #MBAC on efnet right?
#mbaa on mizuumi now. Unless you're that one guy that still wants to netplay MBAC with no one else talking in the channel.
That saddens me since I don't have MBAA and probably won't get it anytime soon... >$igh<

SWR seems to have a little more luck involved with the weather system and cards.
Sure there's the learning how to use the cards at the right time and whatnot, personally I believe the less luck-based, the better.
Play SWR if you're just in love with a character you can't find on IaMP or something

Don't forget to main Sakuya :V

Hello there.

I'm a lurker who decided to join the forums. I've always been a fan of doujin sidescrollers and fighting games. I finished MB:R Story Mode not too long ago and plan on getting MBAC or MBAA sometime or another.
I live in Washington and it seems like the only competitive communities around here are Halo and Smash Bros (which I joined for a bit)  :emo:. Hence, I'll most likely be getting MBAC and playing via netplay. I've been trying to get my friends to play Melty Blood with me but they're too deep into Smash and BlazBlue.
I havn't decided on a main yet and only have experience with Tohno, Akiha, and Sion since they're in MB:R Story Mode.  Hopefully, the netplay community is still active even after the release of MBAA.  Don't want to be leveling off of CPUs for too long.  I'd like to get a better equipment (than keyboard) if I get higher leveled.
