Oh shit, the amateur technician in me is lmao. I don't know how plasma TVs work, but if that's all that is needed to fix them, I could easily make some money off this. I know a bunch of people with crap plasmas that have those same annoying lines on it and would just rather give the thing away.

I don't want to be held responsible for what ever comes of this. (unless its money, i'll take money)

Hmm, I forgot about my video card settings (Which is an ATI Cat). But were sure his TV, for w/e reason, will not zoom with HDMI hooked up. I'll look a little more into it, and try turning the tv off before plugging in =3
