Do anyone who plays EFZ do how to execute everyone's Final Memory skills? (finishers.) As well as all of Kanna and Mai's special skills?

Anyone play it? I just started playing it and I was wondering how you pick up the items that drop from enemies. I try to click on them but the window that was in just disappears (example... Takumi route, epi 7, those beans, kill a guy, they drop, click the window, close, but I see nothing in the char's list...)

I particularly rarely use her, so I decided to start precticing her her. Need help and tips on hows the best way to use her plz. Aiming the grabs etc.
