Ciel's Tech Support / The Weirdest problem you've ever seen.

Well, I've been looking everywhere for a solve on this problem, but I can't find anything. So, that leads me to believe I'm the first one to ever encounter this problem. But hey, it's worth a try.
So, problem is, with Arcade Mode. Everything else runs just fine. With any character, after the first dialouge scene, The game encounters a problem, and needs to shut down (Aka CRASH). This was weird. I even re-installed to make sure everything was there.
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
OS: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814-1236)
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 1.60GHz
Main Memory: 256MB RAM
VGA: RAGE 128 PRO Ultra GL AGP (Microsoft Corporation)
VRAM: 16.0 MB
Display Driver: ati2dvaa.dll
Driver Version: 6.13.0010.5019
Display Mode: 800 x 600 (32 bit) (60Hz)
Vertex Shader Version: 0.0
Pixel Shader Version: 0.0
* 32-bit color textures are supported.
