Ciel's Tech Support / MBCaster autmotically exits to taskbar

My english is very crappy today for some reason,
but my problem is that when i try to use the MBCaster the game automatically goes down to the taskbar,
i can still hear it and see it if i click on it, but it goes down again after a few seconds.
Does this have anything to do with win7? i never had this problem on my old XP.

Edit: Fixed it!
it turned out that having Color Depth option set to 16-bit was the cause of my problem,
anyone know why that is?

I could buy swap magic's flip top, but i feel it wouldn't be enough for this game,
and is therefore buying the real thing.

Would you say I'm stupid for doing this?
