Ciel's Tech Support / [MBAC] Problem w/ Caster

Hello, I've been trying to play MBAC on-line, and I tried out Caster, but it's not working.
When I try to play, either joining or hosting, connection works, but when the game opens it stays on task bar and won't come up. If I try debug (option 9) same thing happens, the process start, icon appears on task bar, but I can't actually see the window, restore it or whatever.
Anyone knows what it might be?

Edit: Btw, I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate x64
