Powerd Ciel / Powerd Ciel General Discussion

Not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I thought I'd make a thread just for general discussion of Powerd Ciel not specific to any of the moon styles. Thoughts, opinions, rumours, questions, whatever. I guess I'll start out by asking what's Melty Bread's opinions of her so far (is Powerd Ciel going to be the next Ciel? 
). Who knows, but I do have one question - is Powerd Ciel going to be on the PC release as well as the other characters specific to AA?
