I'm planning on running a free entry melty side tournament on sunday. (we can add entry fee if there's demand for it). There is a 10$ venue fee (per day) if you haven't already signed up for any main games. I guess tentatively we should start the tourney at 3-4pm but that can change.

Bring setups guys!

Kohaku's Magical Garage / Combo conditions

I don't really know all of the conditions a combo must fulfill for it to still carry. I only know:
-3 ground bounces. If bounce count >2 then any additional moves will wiff.
-3 wall bounces. If bounce count >2 then any additional moves will wiff.
-1 hard knockdown. If there is an otg, the next time the opponent hits the ground he will tech.

Is this right? Am I missing any others?
