Apparently there's some AE tourney in King of Prussia on Saturday, so I'll be going there to kick ass. I'll come by CGJ if there's still time after that.

I'll also be at the UP tourney Sunday, and I'm bringing my laptop if you guys want me to set Melty up.

Also, OmegaNitro -- didn't know you were Philly. You should come out to CGJ more for MB/Arcana (I played AHF too, so if you want we can play that :3).

I'll definitely be up more often! For Melty though - it's been way too long since i practiced anything in AH3.

Also, for future reference guys, when you upload matches, can you use my OmegaNITRO tag? I usually don't fight under my government name

@Rei - I hope you use this and this for your JSR MB mix!

Will be adding content to the first post as this thread goes on. 214A change fucks with us in the corner and it becomes character specific on who 2C will cross under or not. Really messes with us. However, we got buffed custom combos.

Current combos I'm using

2A 5BB 2B 5C 2C 6C j.AAC land j.BC dj.BC j.236B

I've been trying out a variant where instead of j.AAC, you use j.C xx airdash j.C land.

I haven't been able to get it to connect though. Is it because I don't have the execution yet, or should I stop wasting my time?

Against Akiha 2A 5BB 2B 5C 63214C 8X 6X 8X 6X 8X 6X 8X 4X(whiff) 5A 5C j.BC dj.BC j.236B - 4.1k with full reduce. 5.7k without. Off of j.C it's 4.4k to 6.2k

This combo is great. I have a hard time recovering after the 4X whiff to actually followup though, is the timing strict on canceling 8X to 4X?

Yo zetseiba welcome to the forums and cc! We're going to have casuals at a local game store in philly called game junkie on saturday (7th), its right next to glenside station on I believe easton rd? You should come out and meet up with us!

I think were going to meet late afternoonish

I normally only come up to Game Junkie for Big E and Hubbs Grand Master Monthlies, but I'm definitely down to come up for some Melty.

On any weekend OTHER than this one. I'm going to Magfest, and that's this weekend ;_;

Yo Philly, if anyone's interested in casuals, my schedule is currently extremely flexible, and my room is well suited for a decent amount of people. From now until around the 4th week of January I'm cool with hosting or going to casuals, and the weekend of the 14th I'm planning a gathering at my place for my friends for Melty, AE, UMvC3, and KOFXIII. Can't do anything this weekend because I'm going to Magfest, but I'm usually hosting fighters every Friday, even after I go back to campus.

I live right on the outskirts of SW Philly, mad easy to get to by Septa, super peaceful neighborhood. I go by OmegaNITRO in the FGC, and I played Melty since MBAC for PS2, but I only know a handful of you from the scene, and I never properly learned the game. I'm looking to change that.
