In similar fashion to MBAC Ver.B2 and MBAA Ver.A, there is now a tier list for CC done by surveying top Japanese players.  Kiriya, the Sion player, posted it this time.  Only 8 Japanese players were asked this time though, instead of the traditional 20.  Maybe later they will get everyone else?

各自Ｓ～Ｃの４段階にに分けてランクを作ってもらい、Ｓ４点、Ａ３点、Ｂ２点、Ｃ１点で加算したのが以下の結果になりました。参考までに。

If you don't have a ps3, go to some MB tourney and take U.S. money to buy one

But really. I'd buy both versions. Limited editions of each if possible.

Come to St1ckbug's tournament and start asking around for gatherings and all that, you'll get help.

theres the bi-weekly in brooklyn (im in central PA so thats not gonna happen)

Though it might be tedious, I was using a weird hybrid of AC netplay and practice on AA. It helped, though I'm not sure how to gauge the effect it had on my playing, since I am in a similar situation.

What does the figurine look like?

Not that I won the tournie, but I'm pretty sure I've had the same figure for like 3-4 years now lol. It's a bad, old picture, but you can sorta make her out on the 4th shelf from the top.

Tekken 1: I'm holding a tournament to rule the world!
Tekken 2-4: I'm holding a tournament to rule the world again!
Tekken 5-6: I'm holding a tournament to rule the world again!  Also there are two Jins now for some reason.  Heihachi may or may not be dead. Jin #2 is Kazuya. And not only is Heihachi not dead, he has MORE illegitimate children. Not gonna spoil though, except you know it right off if you looked at them. I think it even says it in their character profile.

SF1: Some tournament or something.  I guess Ryu won. [I think SF1 was retconned in favor of SFA]
SFA: Bison wants Ryu's power, but Ryu messes bison up.
SF2: Bison tries again. Killed by Akuma's Shun Goku Satsu, is tortured by demons in Hell until...
SF4: Gill changes his name to Seth, cuts his hair, and tries again. Bison somehow comes back from the dead, has a new more awesome body, Seth is a pawn-turned-usurper.
SF3: Gill tries to do something but someone stops him.

It's not fair to look down on them just because their stories aren't Nasu-tier.

Tournaments and Events / Seasons Beatings: Melty Edition?

So, SB:R is coming up here in about... 2 weeks, give or take. Looks like it'll be good stuff to behold, and I hear tell of BYOC MBAA. Anyone partaking of it there this year? Perhaps get a Melty Meet Up going, hang, get some dinner the first night or something, play poverty games, etc etc.

Thoughts?

EDIT:Thanks to whoever moved this. It slipped my mind there was already a thread for SB.

I'm purely saying it to be contrary, but the killing blow in the final was... anti-climatic. Like "Boop. you died. "

I don't even wanna tag on a 'However/Nonetheless/Anyhow'. I really liked those matches outright.
