I would post something faux-witty, but frankly, I'm far too drunk.

I'd kill for a Fate/Zero VN, but it wouldn't really fit the format so well.

Should probably get around to reading it one of these days though.

Either way, this is a pleasant development.

^ I swear I could hear ur voice while reading this. Particularly after the word "trawling". ^

I missed this one before; dare I ask what you perceive me to sound like?

I was British, and for me, it was Friday.
You're scottish.

And the two are not mutually exclusive, old chap.
I say you are British. You dick about being Scottish.

What? :V

I dick about.

Essentially, it depends what's convenient. :P
Although admittedly, All Scots are Brits, but not vice versa. :3

I officially suck due to procrastination. Don't suppose any of you kind people would be willing to throw me an add on MSN with the address in me profile and slap me around (i.e. remind me to play and show me the ropes) in...16 hours or so?

Would be much appreciated. If not, I'll do my damnedest to remember or get bleedin' started by the end of the day, but I know how bad my attention span is. >.>

Yours forgetfully, &c.

Wow. This and rampant alcohol abuse have made my day. Hope it goes through.

Looks like I'll still be playing low tiers.

Ah, hopefully someone else can get games with you Kronic.  I think I'll be out for most of the week doing this small job for some extra food and gas money.  I'll probably only be around late-late nighttime here in GMT-8 time zone, so I don't think I'll actually catch you for games.  =\

No worries Loli, though I'll likely be around till 0200-0400 anyway, I don't sleep much.

Just got free, so I'm going to see what I can do with assembling a deck. :)

Darcius: I warn you I suck, but provided I can get an angle on a deck I like I'd be more than happy to learn. :3

Well, got lectures till around 1500 today, and free from then onwards. Presuming I can assemble a deck, I should be free to learn to play tonight. I was never the best, so I thoroughly expect to get thrashed. :3

Gives me the opportunity to spot weaknesses and adapt however.

After some careful trawling of memories, I've managed to narrow it down to either Street Fighter II or Mortal Kombat for the Amiga, though I was so young at the time as for it to barely count. Last time I played either of those was a good 13 or 14 years back, followed by a complete dearth of any fighting games till a few months ago when a friend introduced me to MB.

Got fond memories from those days, though the Megadrive controllers we used to play (As they shared the same port type as the Amiga) were war from ideal. Better than they keyboard, at any rate.

Right now, I'm pretty much free all the time.  lol.  No job leaves me with more free time than I'd prefer.

Know that feeling. Uni is barely maintaining my time as it is. :(

Fuck yeah, more the merrier.  Maybe I should ask bell if I can get a TCG channel on irc for easier matchmaking, lol.

Still need to get around to IRC. Last time I got hooked into one it became a sort of time:amusement converter.

Thanks for the offer, LoliSauce; be free much of Monday? Got training at weekends, which is rather a bind.

Sure, not tonight though, as it's just slipping towards 0300.
I'll have a gander through the cards and such tomorrow and see what I can manage by the evening. My lurkery is immense, so I can guarantee I'll be around at some point. :)

Sadly, I've never found a card game I've been able to get into, they've just not managed to hold my attention all that well.

RSO seems intriguing though, and it would be the first time I'd tried one where I actually had some clue as to the background fluff. I do believe I shall have to try this out. :)
Thanks for the find.

And here was me waiting to see how ludicrously bad/awesome the flaming chainsaw wings were. Anything that over the top has humour value at least.

Already checked, but being from the rural backwaters of Scotland, I was unsurprised with the lack of a thread. :3

Evening all.

I'm terrible at introductions, so I'll try to keep it brief. First got into MB around 3 months back, around a month after I played through Tsukihime. Ended up playing the original MB as an old friend had a copy, followed by me purchasing AC. Waiting for AA to arrive now. :3

Anyhow; regarding myself, I'm an old fashioned type with a penchant for being excessively cautious in both speech and behaviour. Coupled with a rather perverted mind, this tends to lead to me either saying very little or just blethering perversity in every second sentence. I do try to tone it down online. Apologies in advance.
Other hobbies include reading, anime and music; with a wide range of tastes throughout: I'm willing to try almost anything once.

I'll just try to convey a better impression through my actions than I can through this post; it'll likely be easier.

Regards.
