Aoko was speaks with an accent in MB, even though nothing of the sort was ever in Tsukihime.  Maybe they plan to work something similar with Touko?

North America and Japan use the same plugs and 120V outlets IIRC.  I don't see why he would need an adapter.

Not too dandy from what I'm hearing about zero airdashing.  At least they're not replacing melty with this, it looks slower too.
Four buttons isn't a big deal, macro Q for MB wasn't that great anyways.
