Tournaments and Events / [Aug 26] Anime Madness - São Paulo, Brazil
« on: August 10, 2012, 10:30:14 AM »

The Madness is a local group from São Paulo who organizes tournaments for 3D and Anime games, and on August 26 we will have the second edition of Anime Madness.

Games: P4U, BBCSEX, MB, AH3, Catherine, Jojoba HD (Tournaments starting at 2:00 PM, but schedule TBA)

System: PS3 for all 3 games

Venue: X-revolution lan house, av. engenheiro armando arruda pereira 1370. If you are coming by subway get off on Conceição station or Jabaquara station and ask where's the Carrefour, the venue's entrance is the door near it's entrance.

Stream: twitch.tv/x_revolution

This will also be the first tournament on Brazil's Southeast to have P4U on it's main line-up, so get hype!!

Tournament Results / Re: Final Round XV Results!
« on: March 06, 2012, 11:48:44 AM »
Shinobi, you were the one running my pool at marvel too right? If yes, nice to meet you, I didn't know it was you :psyduck: , and mad respect for you and Malik to run both pools on that pressure situation after passing the whole day running other tournaments too.

Shoutouts to everyone I met out there (Numakie, Brandino, Bellreisa, the other people on Brandino's room that I forgot the name :psyduck: , Malik, wyang etc...), and shoutouts to ShinBlanka and all Final Round XV staff, you guys are godlike in so many ways that I would not be able to say all of it on this post, thanks for everything and you can count on me to go to more final rounds in the future, it was worth every cent and every second of travel.

4
So, where are people playing?

5
What methods of transportation are available from the airport to the venue, that aren't too expensive?  :psyduck:
You can take a train to the hotel, just take the red line from Marta subway station from the airport and stop on Dunwoody station, there you can call to the hotel and they will send a shuttle to pick you up, or you can stop on Medical Center station and go walking to the hotel (I did that since my cellphone doesn't work on US,and I REALLY don't recommend doing that, seriously, try to find a way to call the shuttle).

6
Just arrived on the first world :toot: I'm looking for casuals, so if anyone who's already in Atlanta wanna play some just PM me.

7
2nd Final Round, I went on FRXIV too.

8
Okay, I can confirm now, I will be attending Final Round =D , looking forward to meet the MB community from USA.

wow, that's sweet!!! And I'm glad to see that, finally, USA is developing a KoF scene.

I'm doing my best to attend to Final Round, but I'm not sure yet if I will have the money to go, but I'm hyped for this tournament, just don't expect me to do well on MB, I'm starting with CC :teach:

Hi, I'm from Brazil, and I'm not 100% sure yet, but I might be attending to Final Round XV, I'm saving money to go for at least one major tournament in US next year and I think it will be FR again. I'm going for it mostly to play BB (my main game), but I will start playing MB seriously when CC comes out by the end of the year and it will probably be my second main game.

Good luck in getting to Atlanta & MB's a good game to play & what perfect timing with CC around the corner, people are actually going to start playing again. Just brush up on what character you're interested in using & the game mechanics.
Thanks and I hope that a lot of people will be playing this. I already know some of the game mechanics and some basics of how to use zonning with my main (Aoko, dem orbs), but since CC is in the corner I don't want to study AC any more deeper so I don't have to relearn everything.

I just hope that Cristu get there too, so I will not be the only brazillian playing on Atlanta XD .
