New to the boards here and I'm from San Antonio.

I'm mainly a Guilty Gear player but I've been mashin' out some MB recently. I think it'd be interesting to get a MB scene goin' on here. It'd definately be more interesting than seeing nothing but Smash going on @_@

btw I'm a Warakia player and Furix is a scrub =/

hey shiro you need to play with me and gets a beaten by me :D
lol naw i kid i have yet to see you play so i cant say if im better or you

 ok heres the out look of how the tourny is gonna be runned

melty blood: running ver.A (unless we get 3 computers for ver.B)
ver.A - double elim;
best 2 of 3 rounds (losers, winners, and grand finals will be 3 of 5 rounds);
2 of 3 matches;
entry fee is 10$;
prize is cash prize going in this form 70-20-10 (1st,2nd,3rd);
time starts at 2 PM sharp;
all characters are unbanned
100% life default
random stage select

ver.B - same as ver.A;
Keyboard is allowed if you dont have a controller;
PS2 USB ports are a must if you play stick/pad

guilty gear AC: theres an american version out so if theres no change in either the american or the japanese then either is fine
rules:
1. double elim
2. best 3 of 5 rounds 2 of 3 matches (grand finals 3 of 5 rounds 3 of 5 matches)
3. fee: 15$
4. 70-20-10 on cash prizes (1st,2nd,3rd)
5. time: Reg-4:30 Starts-5
6. EX characters are banned
7. random stage select

Tekken 5DR
1. double elim
2. best 3 of 5 rounds; best 2 of 3 matches (grand finals best of 5 matches best of 3 rounds)
3. fee: 15$
4. 70-20-10 cash prize (1st,2nd,3rd)
5. time: Reg-6:30 Starts-7
6. Jinpachi is banned
7. 100% life default

ok heres the major outlook on the whole thing

the overall tournys will start at 2pm sharp
there will be a 10 minute curve for the late comers but anything after that and you will not be joining

from the title (if you cant tell already) that ill be running Melty Blood, Guilty Gear, and Tekken 5 DR and it will be played in that order. i want to get finished up with everything before 9 or 10 pm.

the fee for each tourny will be 15$. if there isnt enough people for that particular tourny then what ill do is either request that there be a round robin or cancel the tourny on the spot.

if you want to record any tourny matches you may do so but you will have to bring your own equipment. anything you bring in ill will mark on a sticker with your name on it

like any tourny its always a BYOC(Bring Your Own Controllers). i will not be bringin any extra controllers so dont ask me. if theres some at gamelot ill put your name down and keep track of it.
