IIRC, Melty only was made possible in part to the EVO organizers' own ignorance. Had they known it was the only PS2 game in the 2010 line-up, I'm sure things would've been different (like it probably wouldn't even be in the Player's Choice poll).

not true, PS2 wouldnt have mattered or not seeing as CVS2 and 3S were also considered as well. IIRC the only games on the poll that were next gen were SCIV and MVC2 and MVC2 got in anyways after the BB spot was given up.

Dreamcasts on the other hand, were out the door, lol.

AH3 unfortunately became doomed from the start in attempting to even get the small audience it has, releasing next to marvel, expensive import, PSN issues, etc.

More people seriously need to come out to this. The owner is seriously APPROACHING US about getting the game, but people need to show up, send messages, alert folks, make it known that the interest is there. I realize the community is small, but if everyone comes together, Im sure it can work out.

In any case, GGs yesterday. Rusty as hell after playing every damn game under the sun but melty.

Personally, I think the potential of an updated version in an accessable location is kinda being slept on, here, especially when potential players tend to ask me if the ps2 AA port is up to date. But that's just my two cents.

yo i will be there on thursday, 25 a night, so far i only have tone in my room so peoples are more than welcome to stay with me

as far as drinks we can figure it out when we are here
