I´ll be back next week and then I´ll be able to complete what I started > start something new. Don´t have anything I can work with with me, not that I have the time but yeah, you´re not alone! >_>

2
Ok, didn´t finish it, was out of town. Comming back in August, dunno if I´ll have time to finish what I said until then, possibly during this week, but yeah. I would like to have your excel/whatever file if you need something checked later on (and if you actually use it) since they probably are easier to read.

3
Been busy lately but I should hopefully have the time to finish all of Nero by the end of next week. On another note, I am getting very confused as of what people are working on, and by that I mean complete framedata translation(and whatnot for the wiki etc) including notes and not just transcribing move inputs/numbers (progress post/thread maybe?). If just notes are missing, me or someone else could take that? It would save a lot of trouble if all the numbers are already in a document already since that part is kind of boring to do.

LoliSauce:
Try finding character wiki entries (if possible) for induvidual characters if you aren´t sure about move inputs, having the book also helps since it apparently has pictures with inputs and the move in question displayed. Nice work so far though!
As for questionmarks on Roa:

*Crescent 214A etc where your questionmarks are indicates additional inputs (such as activating certain things, I don´t know Roa at all so I don´t know what it triggers, possibly projectile activation as Aoko can do with certain orbs and Ren can do with reflectors?)

*294 (thir column, 22A hold) Largest (possibly maximum or greatest)

*Stock 9, and 7/8/9 says "note".

*22C b3 a3 is "strike" or "hit" and so on, b6 and b6 a1 etc is the same

*Last arc: Kanji means negative/non etc, but this refers to unblackable

* On Full moon airthrow it says "drop" or "fall"

*623A same thing as above...same with the two "?" below

*Again, unblockable on last arc

*Half moon again, fall/drop

Crescent Nero somewhat done. I´ve ordered the book since I had problems seeing the numbers/text in the scans. Will correct once it arrives. Excel sheet up in Nero character section.

Edit:
Oh yeah, VS damage should be the red bar "behind" your normal HP

Edit2:
Nero full moon done. Notes comming later though.

Nero Chaos (Nrvnqsr) / MBAA Framedata (63.0333%...)

MBAA Nero (crescent) framedata done (almost, need to get the actual book so I can read all the numbers)...
Excel sheet attached below.

Edit:
Full moon done, notes comming later

6
Alright. I think I´ll do Nero next. Probably next week or something though. Changing format to whatever is up on the wiki to make that easier for you (as in abbrivations and such).

7
Yes, I´ll probably move on after I am done with Ren. I am not sure with who, thinking of Akiha (even though Irysa transcribed the movelist already), but we´ll see. Whatever noone else is doing (and assuming I have enough time to complete it within a "reasonable" timeframe).

I know Irysa didn´t feel like breaking his book so some parts are rather blurry. It would be nice if someone with the book re-checked certain parts in cases where I am not able to "clearly see" the values/text(as I don´t personally have it nor plan to get it at this point). I´ll mark it with questionmarks if there are parts like that. Asked Irysa about most of the things I´ve encountered so far though.

Edit: Also (again), English isn´t my nativetongue so spelling errors are probably present, feel free to correct that though (and please PM with suggestions if you have better wording for certain things)....
Edit2: Ops, double post...Anyway, all diagrams for Ren done, tackling notes next...Documents attached in Ren character section. Comments for crescent moon translated. I am considering Akiha, Nero or possibly Aoko for the next one if they are "free", although I have a feeling someone might be doing it already >_>

Edit3: Ok, all notes are done. This is the first time I´ve translated these things though so errors might be present. Notes are obviously a bit cryptic so wording certainly isn´t the best, neither in Japanese or in English but it´s normally clear enough. セントエルモ notes are the ones I am not sure about, and clashing explaination might be a bit bad among other things, but it should serve its purpose. I´ll correct those when I can get in contact with someone that knows fighting game words a bit better than me (waiting for him to come online as we speak), but in the meantime, I´ll upload it to the Ren section.

Oh right, I would like information on what characters needs this treatment next since I am unaware of what lolisauce (and others?) are working on.

Final edit: Ok, got the sentances in question checked by sebasdoes and TakaJun, they were correctly translated even though it sounds weird. Ready to move on to another charcter.

Akiha's Tea Room / Re: X-Edge
« on: May 13, 2009, 01:44:46 AM »
I played the JP version (not finished it yet) and well, I didn´t find the story engaging at all, fanservice game indeed. It also felt badly optimized (like when you are the subject of a random encounter I get some slowdowns, and it takes forever to move characters on the grid). Combat could definitley have been better, but it´s ok. Overall (well, so far) I think it´s an ok game, raise that a little if you like the characters involved (...except the "main" character who was just a big cliché).

9
Yes, I was unaware of the meltybread wiki when I posted that :/ Excel documents can now be found in the Ren subforum.

Len / MBAA Framedata (Complete)
« on: May 13, 2009, 12:57:56 AM »
Excel documents are attached below. Arlieth put most of it (working on it) on the melty bread wiki. Diagrams and notes also up on wikidot.

I´ll be busy for some time after this though, so updates will be slow (if present at all). These are missing notes/comments but I am translating that last. But here are the excel documents for the previous mentioned ones. Feel free to PM me if you find anything funny with it. They should be correct though (spelling misstages might be present).

Please note that these are NOT the final versions since notes are missing and it may or may not need some proof-reading (since english isn´t my first language, there is a certain risk that some notes have a sub-par explaination).

If everything goes as planned, I should be done with everything before the end of May.

Edit: All the diagrams done (got bored >_>). Notes are next.

Edit2: Notes done, Saint elmo(?) and clashing bunker properties needs adjustments??

Edit3: Got notes in question checked by sebasdoes and TakaJun (thanks!). Ren frame data is done (spelling errors may still be present).

11
Full moon done, up on wiki.

12
Started full moon. Transcribed all the inputs for every move + name. Probably won´t get as far with this as with crescent today.

13
Also started a bit... on Ren. Also adding notes for moves from (one of the) JP character wikis.
Final edit: Ok, up on the wiki (in picture format, heh). Missing notes and translated wiki comments. More to come later...
There are a few spelling errors, but all the values should be correct.

Updated it again, last night was really stressfull because of the hostel cerfew.Changes can be found here.
http://www.meltyblood.se/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=20&start=50
Iam not done with the list, its just that I have to pay to use a comp now, soI dontwant to do it allin 1 sitting...expasnive.

Edit: Tag team, chaos v.akiha, roa, nekos were unplayable.
We were only there for a littlemore then an hour, noone played certain characters like Rieze, Hisui, rens etc...

Dunno if it depended on style, but people charged their magic curcuit (think it aws D and something else...or abc, didnt see clearly, sorry). Its (almost) all in there... but this little change was worth being mentioned if you ask me. Game seems less floaty.
*coinoperated computer sucks...*

Regional Community / Re: French Players
« on: November 07, 2007, 12:38:10 AM »
If you are located in EU I recommend that you visit #euroblood  pyoko. I know atleast 1 from the french channel stops by as of yestarday. There are players of (almost) all levels in there and about 15-20 regulars. Maybe time for a channel merge? I would understand if you want to talk your native language though but since EU does have kind of few players it might be a good idea to visit the "eu" channel.

Regional Community / Europe Area?!
« on: October 28, 2007, 01:13:11 PM »
Ok, since I do know that Europe does indeed have some players, quiet a few actually, although not gathered at one place (as in a board or whatnot) me and a couple of other guys wanted to start something up  :toot: . Of course this will indeed take some time if it is even to work at all, but in all honesty I still think it is worth a try. Since I am not really a regular here, I have no idea how things look when it comes to the EU region here, although I don't see that many except people I kind of knew from other communities.

Anyway, anyone that thinks EU has a chance when it comes to having some kind of MB scene? I sure hope so. For anyone interested, I guess you could join #euroblood on pyoko (although it is quiet empty right now). Of course this is also a place to look for opponents for netplay.

Any constructive feedback is of course welcome too.

ATTENTION!
Europe irc changed to #meltyblood.eu @ irc.akiha.nl
European website launched. (please refer to the irc channel link since I am unsure about how popular it would be if I advertised another site here)

I haven't personally tried this yet, but I hear that some have difficulties binding player 3 and 4 controls, anyone that can confirm this and possibly know a solution?
