Here's something to start working on:

Don't spam rings. It leaves you prone to counters.

Try to utilize ring mixups when their blocking it.

Block strings should be like 2aaaaaa or 2abc 22a.

I rarely saw you dash with her and normally jump in which is bad against Nero.

Command throws are fun.

I saw that you were spending a lot of meter as well too.

H was alright. Nothing really notable. Should have just went for the easy combo before time ran out. F's damage really looks the same. I don't even think they even tried to nerf her.

Thanks Numakie.  As expected, almost all meter use was to combo into knockdown.  If it wasn't ending aerial in 22c it was doing that silly double meter corner combo into 236a>c.  That shit looks hard to time correctly, btw.

Sad to hear that H didn't really change much at all.  Shiki's true love, doomed to obscurity.

Thus is why I stopped playing ever since CC came out cause I don't want to be sad.

I messed around in practice mode for a while, H-Miyako's damage is pretty much the same, it's still good.  I have no idea what on earth people could've been talking about, the only change I saw was the 421A/B being a groundbounce on grounded hit now.

Yeah. Found that out at NEC. Her damage is did get nerfed "slightly" but nothing major though.

So what is this infinite blockstring thing you guys keep talking about?  I'm just trying to figure out what works for resetting pressure with Miyako.

She is pretty much unchanged in this regard. BE2C is still the same as shown in his vids. Although I think the likelihood of anyone getting hit by BE2C is very low.
Practice the loop a lot on every char. The timing is different from char to char, although I'd say that every char falls into one of 4 categories of timing: Easy, Standard, Difficult, Impossible.
Not sure if it has changed in the PC release, but in PS2, 22A loops did not work on Ryougi, and Maids(Hisui lead).

So it doesn't work on the maids (Pair, Hisui lead) but it does work on normal hisui? Interesting.

And thanks Shiki I'll keep that in mind, but presently it's just a case of learning general F Sei stuff... I'm not really sure what I'd even be asking atm other than possible match feedback.

C-Nero doesn't have any legitimate wake-up options if I recall. You can mainly rush him down and try to end BnBs with 22a or an untechable hit. It should give you enough time to set up a meaty 236. I'm not sure what changes he got in 1.07 but the matchup should still be the same.

Thanks for that. Here's another one:

"Frame Advantage"

I know how there are advantages when someone says it's +2 on block or so which then leads me to this.

Let's say I do a move where it's +6 on block, is the advantage that I have like the frame data as to where I have 6/60 of a second to do stuff? Does disadvantage work the same way?

As a casual gamer, I've decided to come out of wondering about certain things about fighting games and have finally decided to ask stuff so I can refine myself into getting better (as well as start playing actual games) so my main concern starts with this.

"Frame Data"

I know about start-up, recovery, active frames and so on but when people claim to say how a move is 4 frames, I often go "ok."

Just a quick question for now:

How much time is allotted for 1 frame and how exactly are is one able to understand and read it?
