I have.  It expresses a range of stupidity from not being able to hit your DHCP to having an invalid IP.  If you're able to access the net while you have it, you're a damn miracle worker, but it's possible.

I have a server at my house running Windows server 2003 R2 With DNS and DHCP so i can do it it happens
And i run the net work at Greene County Career Center with another person.
It happens when you get network running at 100mbps(or 1gbps depending on how strong your network is) and you get internet, but very slow internet Im talking 10mbps down to like 6k.

If he had that in the bottom right tray, wouldn't he be unable to tell you?

Cause doesn't that mean his internet's dead?

Not nessesarily, notice the limited or no connectivity.

on the system tray do you see limited or no connectivity or nothing. (would have pictures but am at school)(will have some at about 9:00 (EST))

@NinjaNero: Me and my friend are trying to use the relay for some netplay. We have tried ports 7500 and 51001 but both dont work for him. I'm working fine, but he's the one who cant connect. (I have netplayed many times already but i have no knowledge with port forwarding so i can't help him)

@KidPhantom: I'll get him to see this and make him try it out.

@Twinniss: His debug works, he also got the latest version of MBACverB and MBCaster. He's also running on XP

Hi guys,

My friend is having this problem with his port.
The IP belongs to the relay on the first page of this thread.

He also got Timeout while trying option 7. Is hamachi the only way to go?

Any suggestions?

What exactly are you trying to do?
Do any of the other ports work?

Do you have the same version or MBAC/MBCaster?
And have you both unlocked/not unlocked, neco arc chaos?
Are your settings set correctly in the config file?
Are you trying to play on Vista.
Are you trying to play on a LAN or on the Internet?

For some reason I always get a timeout if someone tries to connect with me. Is there something I'm doing wrong? To be more exact I get a RecvFrom. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Explain the steps you are taking to host/join.

Neco Arc Chaos needs more projectiles in AA.  He obviously doesn't have enough range currently.

Just so you know we live on the worst state in the US the state that does nothing is known for nothing and is worthless. Yep you guessed it OHIO!
no one plays melty blood in Ohio except like six people and i play with four of them and we are going to have a MBAC party so we can play together because no one plays in Craphio.
(just for clarification.)
But yes we can watch videos but we can't attend the tournaments.

We should all meet up in this state of failure. Since I'm driving now it'll be a lot easier to start meeting up with some of the other players in this failure of a state

Have fun driving 3 hours? But really, I will get my basement fixed and we will have Lan party + the five of us Melty blood.

I'll think of it as a mini road trip 

But really I wouldn't mind it for some Melty Comp...I mean I did have Motoh and Vare drive 7 hours to come by my place and I bet they didn't mind it...hopefully

It would be at my place but it may be a while.
