Okay, I figure I'll probably be driving. I know I'm taking my brother, most likely Choco, and I'm guessing Jaxx since the other car was sounding kinda full with Andrew/Dippy/Tempered/HF. That should account for everyone What time was everyone looking to be ready?

@Ryd - I have work until 3 AM on Friday morning. I'll come home, sleep a bit, and you can pick me up whenever is best for you in the morning or afternoon. Might have to do something about foodstuffs, though. This is going to be a fun car ride, oh my gosh.

How do you check if time off is officially granted? Is it in RTA? I requested Friday off but it doesn't say "no schedule" but rather it has a few things that's listed on the RTA page for that day. It looks different from what I saw yesterday though.

Gas came out to about $30 a head. Negligible amount of spare change over, but I'm not going to hold it against anyone if they shortchange me 17 cents or whatever it was.

@everyone - I started a facebook group so we can coordinate better. These forums are fun, but let's face it. Most everyone is on facebook by now, and not everyone checks this thread all the time. I'm going to start hosting 1-2 times per month from now on. There's an event to RSVP for, too. I'd appreciate if you guys could make it out for the round robin

There are a LOT of newbies with potential at these conventions as well as the occasional player already involved in the community. Even if you're not a big fan of anime, I urge you to attend and help some of these newbies get more involved in the more hardcore fighting game community.

I really wish you guys went to the Con-Nichiwa event. I would have loved to meet people who know how to play this game.

Instead I ended up just raping everybody with my shitty, rusty C-Ryougi. ;[ I think I dropped like one game the entire tourney.

There WERE a few people who knew what a bnb was, and had general, solid mechanics from other fighters, but otherwise it was just a bunch of noobs.
