The issue is when anyone is saying that person X is notable and person Y is not? Why? Who knows? And why does said person get to play Kingmaker?

I thought it was more to be something of a "Hey, these people are considered very knowledgeable about x character.  I'll talk to them about this question I had." kind of reference tool. 

Nonetheless, I can agree with some of the complaints said in here and have messaged Komidol with the issue.  If the community ultimately feels that something of this nature is unnecessary (or potentially harmful to the community altogether), then I will have it removed.  For a short while though, I'd like to leave it open to discussion.

The way I see it, this thread is basically showing who you can go to. Niggas first starting out in this game need some sort of character guidance other than what's written on here or on the wiki. This is also helpful for the IRC channel. I honestly want to see it grow to be as large as #capcom one day. What I ask of Komidol is to add people who are accessible on IRC for help on any character.
