I wouldn't exactly call it a disappointment, especially since the PS2 version has Hazama and Sheryl so it's more like RF 1.5 anyways.

On an unrelated note, it really does surprise me how Dimps can make something like RF, then go on and make Dragon Ball games lol :mystery:

Never mind, I'll go on Saturday.

Uh, IDK. They did admit that they were targeting the casual audience with those games IIRC. If you want something more serious, just play Chou Dragon Ball Z IMO, though Sparking seems kinda cool.

Here are the hours for the arcade at SFSU from the SRK RnC thread

Open Monday-Friday Jan 5-23rd 10-6pm Closed Saturday and Sunday
Jan 26th school starts and we are back to regular hours.

I will be back on 1/1 and will have the apartment all to myself until a few days before the 26th, so let me know if you guys are interested in some regular Tekken/HnK/Whatever sessions.

Wow those figures are sweet. That random exploding thug figure is sex.  :fap:

I'm thinking about going to RnC for some T6, etc. tomorrow. The place is open 11-4pm. Also, free SVGL card to anyone that calls for it. IIRC mine has over 100 credits on it.

Alright everyone, I'm planning on having a large combination LAN party and fighting game gathering sometime between Dec 26 and 30 but I'm going to have to decide on the exact date pretty quick. Please reply to this post with whatever dates are good for you ASAP. I will have chosen a date by the 24th. As for games, you can bring anything you like and I can provide almost any fighter there is. I plan to have at least BB GGAC+, HnK, SCIV, Battle Fantasia on the fighting game end and Starcraft and various FPS games on the LAN end. I spoke with Derrick and it's likely that we will bring his BlazBlue machine to my house for the event. I will need people to bring TVs, their PCs, ethernet hubs and CAT5. I live in Redwood City. PM me if you need my address.

My gathering is going to be on Sunday, December 28th. It will be at my house in Redwood City It will start and 1PM and go until whenever. Probably some ridiculous morning hour. Unless there's an unforeseen issue with the BlazBlue cabinet I'll hold a tournament for that game ($5, double elim, 70/20/10) and people are free to hold their own tournaments for any other game that will be present. If you need my address and/or cell # or have other questions drop me a PM.
