There is a small delay, but you adjust pretty quick unless it's a really tight link.

i'd guess it's about one frame of lag. maybe two frames, tops. the lcd on my laptop has an average of 16 ms on input delay, so that actually might be the source of lag. i didn't notice that i had to do any timing adjustments when i played on the ps2; however, i can't say i've played enough on the ps2 ver. to confirm that.

IMO its pretty good- i'm able to do some of kohaku's harder links/combos without noticeable conscious-delay-compensated inputs, so yeah

Thanks for the games today guys. I know I kinda showed up without knowing anyone (hella uninvited too!), but that didn't stop me from having a good time. I'll try to incorporate some new things for next time as I feel that I'm pretty bad at the game and really not doing my chara justice >.>

Oh and Nandeyanen, stop trying to do the dumb loop combo if you can't hit it. 2.7k on vakiha isn't all that great when you're eating 4.5-6k whenever she sneezes  :teach:

Might as well work on it, not really anything on the line. And in any case, I'm more worried figuring out ways to get out of pressure than just winning. Also, in that same vein, anyone know the easiest way we could go about recording matches?

Not sure where you got that idea. Sessions will be happening on the 13th and 20th, no session on the 27th (the day after Thanksgiving).
