My poor black ass won't be able to go anywhere, especially to AX. My only means of transportation right now is a sac state student pass for Regional Transit.  :V :slowpoke:
Arguing on which FF game is best doesn't make sense to me.  It feels like you might as well be picking out who's the best schoolyard ball player of the kids who didn't get picked for either team.

So, what's going on, Sacramento?

Looking at the responses, sac seems to be pretty dead :(

But if anybody holds friday/weekend sessions i'd gladly drive up to play.

Well this isn't quite Sac, but there's a SSF4 tourney going on in Lodi next week (sunday, the 25th). I got permission to setup Melty on the side for casual play and stuff. Those who are bored, stop by the Grapevine Comic Book store (http://www.yelp.com/biz/comic-grapevine-lodi-2).

EDIT: I dunno how I got my dates wrong.

Anybody in Sacramento still interested in playing?
I've got a place I could probably hold meets at every other week or so, if people are interested.

I'm about 40 minutes from sac, I'm interested.

Also if anybody wants to make the trek to Fairfield (about 40 minutes in-between sacramento and SF, either direction) on Friday nights, I can host Melty at our weeklys.  :toot:

I'm Arvoyea, that's my real name. AM2 is my handle.  :teach:
Update: I live on-campus at Sac State, but I could only bring the Xbox 360, so if y'all wanna play MBAA you'll need to bring the PS2 and game. But at least I can facilitate the sessions.

Could you give me an address so that I could mapquest it?

I have a PS2 and MBAA I can bring, and even leave there if need be (you never know.)
I live pretty close to Sac State, nice.

Great. Are you available this weekend? And I couldn't bring the PS2 also because my mom was nagging me to only take one, even though I paid for both.
And guess what I saw when I came over after shopping which I paid for with my own financial aid? It's sitting there with cords everywhere, not even put up properly.  :psyduck: :slowpoke: Bring only one, my black ass.

If any of you guys are driving down from Sac, mind stoppin' by Stockton and picking me up? I can help introduce you guys to the MB scene.

Yeah, I'm good for this weekend.
Unfortunately, I don't think I'd be able to make it down to NCI myself. Not this time, at least. (Nor do I think I would even place, haha)

Don't go trying to place in the beginning; just go to get tourney exp, get tips, learn, laugh, etc.  Plus we need hype for the game now more than ever.  :toot:

I might stop by in Sac for Thanksgiving break.

Maybe.

Until then, I'll still be in deep NorCal.

Are you still interested in playing?
I actually just got my stick modded for PS2, so I'm pretty curious as to how it feels for mb.
