PS3 and XB360 wired controllers can be hooked up to the PC right?

If so, my store's got a Hori Fighting Stick EX2 for $60 and a Hori Fighting Stick 3 for $40 if anyone's looking for a cost effective joystick.

I don't live in Semi, so I would have no clue, but if you can come up with someone's house or something for people to meet at, that would work. Semi is actually better than Granada hills for me, as it's much closer.
