all i have to say is gg's to everyone i played... im sorry i just can't into this netplay thing... it may help or anything... but i don't like lagfests....unless someone proves it too me it's not..

also like to say gg's to frank ( if he posts in here..) his arc was fucking solid

choco- good shit in top5- and money dosen't sound too bad..!!!

brandino- i hope everything works out man... you should really stop sweating people who try to beat down the game...(except chibi and his constant AH BEATDOWNS!!! epic fail).. i really make this game blow up like GG did....im really hoping for the best... and if people say they can't take seriously.. then oh well.. just move on...

That didn't stop Ruu from becoming an excellent Ren player. Also he wrote in his blog a few weeks ago that he played Melty and it had been a long time since he had but it was fun; which is all that really matters.

And yet Ruu entered MB at Evo two years ago, and he came down for Showdown Championships too.

You're telling us not to take the game seriously but why should we take you seriously to begin with?

I had hoped that getting a forum for this game would help blossom a community and create more growth, but it's apparent that even outside of SRK people will love to hate it.

of course there is simplicties... but there are some advance shit you have to learn... that goes with every game... MB has the block pressure strings... bara cancels... meter usage ... and various other things...

the funny thing it's GG pros trolling which is like the funniest thing ever.. .cuse GG has been looked down upon for years.... and now it's looking good...well at least in america... if peeps want to take it serious then let em do it.... i don't think that stop the GG players either when they're game was frowned upon here... so that shouldn't stop the MB players...

The Japanese players that I know who hated Melty Blood were only familiar with the original PC version of the game, before Re-Act. One of my friends from Saitama who plays with RX (famous Urien player) all the time was shocked to learn about Act Cadenza.

I love Melty, but I also know that it has some very severe limitations and issues, which I hope will be addressed in Actress Again. I really hope they get it just right within one or two more revisions. But that doesn't mean it's right to bash the game as it is- especially considering that it's come a very long way, and through several years of dedicated development.

Anyone remember awhile ago when Act Cadenza came out and people were saying that it was only popular because it was a character game (one that people only liked and played because they had a favourite character)? The arguments and excuses I've heard from people not giving this game a chance are just as dumb as this comment. Most of us here know the game is great, Japan obviously knows it too, so that's good enough for me over random people who hate on the game for unsound reasons.
