Well, in Mississauga and Toronto we have a pretty decent scene. I mean we did draw 22 players at the Canadian Championships and most of the players were from the Greater Toronto Area. I would be definitely down to get a team together.

Because whichever regional team wins earns the trophy (the Melty Cup) as a reward for their region. If you have three people from completely different regions, then how are they supposed to share the trophy between the three of them?

my question was since theres no qualifiers would it be fine if the region holds a regional qualifiers so that that region can send the best players of that region

Team NY is going to be based on how things look during the summer. If i had to decide now it would be me/Zar/Xaq obviously, but 6 months is still a long time for things to change and newcomers to shake things up. Also it's not unlikely that one of those 3 will not be able to make it to evo.
