Boston MBAA Gathering/Ranbat Saturday Oct. 10

So in an attempt to revive the tiny Boston MB scene that once thrived, any players from the area (or anyone really) should come to dj_de's house on Saturday, Oct. 10 for casuals and a possible ranbat. (Depending on the outcome)

So, to recap:
When?: Saturday, October 10 starting at 2 pm
Where?:dj_de's basement. (Directions posted below)
Who?: Anyone who's HUNGRY

Directions Ride the Orange Line to one of these two destinations:
ryUuZaKi 6671 (10:32:30 PM): COMING FROM MALDEN STATION/108 BUS
- After getting off the bus, walk down Maplewood Street towards Eastern Ave
- After reaching Eastern Ave/Maplewood Street intersection (A Papa Gino's should be on your left), cross the street and head left
- Marlboro Street is the second street on the right, right after the law office

COMING FROM SULLIVAN SQ/109 BUS
- After getting off the bus near, cross the street and head down Sheafe Street
- Keep walking and turn left on Kennard Street
- Turn right onto Marlboro Street

The T stop is about a 15 minute walk from NEU, and then you'd ride the T to the Orange line, then the Orange line to Malden Station or Sullivan Sq.

My college is like 5 minutes from NEU, so I could provide an escort   (if needed)

The orange line (and Green line) T stop is pretty much right on the NEU campus, I don't think either of them are 15 minutes away from anything

I'll see what I can do, my sister goes to college there so it'd be nice to stay at her place maybe.

Well make sure you get your plans settled just in case, I kinda want to figure out who's coming by next Thursday so we have an extra day to work out any arrangements that might need to happen with everyone.

And as a general statement, assume it's bring your own controller unless someone else plans on bringing an extra stick or whatever. I pretty much only have my own stick and 1 regular PS2 controller.

How many people did you guys end up having?

If you're hosting another one around the Christmas holidays, I'd like to join in the fray.

There were 4 people including myself at this event, with 2 people that were unable to make it to this one in particular.

As for future evens, I'm unsure about Xmas time, but I'm thinking we'll get together again in November. (Later October would be ideal as well, but BBG is soon.)
